I am a Lecturer in Genetics & Plant Breeding at Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University, with a strong academic foundation & a deep interest in advancing sustainable agriculture through research and education. My work focuses on plant genetics, crop improvement & breeding strategies aimed at enhancing yield, resilience & nutritional value. I am passionate about bridging theoretical knowledge with practical applications, helping students develop critical thinking skills & a research-oriented mindset. I am particularly interested in modern breeding techniques, genetic diversity & developing climate-resilient crop varieties to address global food security challenges. Through teaching, research, and collaboration, I strive to contribute meaningfully to the agricultural sector. I am always open to academic collaboration, research opportunities & knowledge exchange in the fields of Genetics, Plant Breeding & Sustainable Agriculture.
